To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following set of rules:

1. Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM

2. Occupancy:

• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please provide us with the correct number of guests at the time of booking.
• To ensure everybody’s comfort and safety, visitors aren’t allowed without approval from the host.

3. Respect for Neighbors:

• Please maintain a reasonable noise level, especially during late evening hours. Avoid loud music and excessive noise that may disturb the neighbors.
• Respect the others sleep : No noise between 11pm and 6am.
• Be mindful of cultural norms and be respectful of the local community. (alcohol, nudity…)

4. Smoking:

• Smoking (cigarettes, chicha, vaping and others…) is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If you need to smoke, please do so outside on our lovely terrasse.

5. Pets:

• Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our place.

6. Parties and Events:

• Parties, gatherings, or events after 11pm are not allowed in the apartment or on the terrasse without prior consent from the host.
• Please respect the quiet enjoyment of other guests and neighbors.

7. Furniture and Amenities:

• Please treat the furniture, appliances, and amenities with care and respect.
• Do not move furniture without prior permission from the host.
• Any damages or breakages caused during your stay should be reported immediately to the host.

8. Cleanliness:

• Please maintain cleanliness during your stay. Dispose of garbage in the designated red bin on the street.
• Leave the apartment reasonably tidy and in the same condition as you found it.

10. Utilities:

• Save water ! We proudly have 345 sunny days a year, but sadly only 20 days of rain. Please be mindful of your water and electricity usage. Turn off lights and other electrical appliances when not in use or leaving the apartment.
• If you run out of gaz during your stay, please inform your host and we will replace it as soon as possible.

11. Compliance with Local Laws:

• Guests are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• No, cannabis isn’t legal in Morocco. Drinking alcohol in public isn’t either.
