We understand that travel plans may change, which is why we offer different pricing options with flexible cancellation policies to suit your needs.

When booking, the rates offered automatically correspond to the selected length of stay.

Rooms and Dormitory Beds

Non-Refundable Rate (-10% off the Flex Rate): No refund in case of cancellation or no-show.
Flex Rate: Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival. After this period or in case of no-show, the full stay will be charged. Maximum stay of 7 nights.
Long Stay Flex Rate:
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
- 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
- In case of no-show, the full stay will be charged.
- Maximum stay of 7 nights.

Flex Rate: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. After this period or in case of no-show, the full stay will be charged.
Partially Refundable Rate:
- 50% refund for cancellations after the 30-day period.
- No refund in case of no-show.
